Yes, at the moment we can only ship within Metro Manila.

When placing your order you must indicate the exact day and in which delivery window you wish to make the delivery:

Morning: 9am-11am

Noon: 11am-2pm

Afternoon: 3pm-6pm

Yes, as long as the delivery schedule is made with a margin of time to prepare the order.

When the delivery is to a company, the delivery person tries to deliver it by hand directly to the person.

If they don’t allow access beyond reception, we leave the box for delivery as soon as possible and we keep the note signed by the person who collected the order.

We call the contact numbers and follow the instructions indicated by the client. If noone answer the phone, after 10 minutes our delivery person continue with the next delivery.

If the order has to be sent again, new shipping costs will be charged additionally.

Another option is to pick up the order at our Good Day Manila office.
